Homework 13th/ Deberes del 15 de febrero

Today the children will take home a sheet of homework. It should be taken back tomorrow, please.

Los niños llevan a casa una ficha de deberes hoy. La tienen que traer hecha mañana, por favor.
 A continuación explico los ejercicios.

En este ejercicio los alumnos sólo tienen que rodear la cara correcta según lo que entienden en cada frase.

 En el tercer ejercicio los niños tienen que escribir "like" o "don't like" según la carita que acompaña al dibujo. Después de like/don't like tienen que escribir el nombre de la comida.
Por ejemplo, "I like chips and eggs."

Por último, los niños tienen que ordenar las palabras de cada línea para formar preguntas y la contestación. Hay un ejemplo, y si siguen habiendo dudas en las páginas 46 y 47 hay ejemplos de conversaciones donde se puede comprobar el orden.

Day of Peace

Last Monday, the pupils wanted to fill the sea with each one's drop of water (or bottles). Small drops, perhaps, but very inspiring for all those who intend to sort conflicts out in a peaceful way. Children came across the following messages:

El lunes pasado, los alumnos/as quisieron llenar el océano con sus pequeñas gotas de agua (o botellas). Pequeñas, quizás, pero inspiradoras para todo aquél que quiera resolver las situaciones de la vida cotidiana con paz. Los niños/as sugirieron las siguientes ideas, entre otras:

Di cosas bonitas a los demás.

Dile a tu amigo/a "Tú puedes hacerlo."

Guarda tus manos en los bolsillos.

Deberes día 25 de enero/ Homework 25th January

Como otras veces, hoy llevamos para casa una ficha de repaso de la unidad 3. En el ejercicio 1 hay que escribir un tick o una cruz según la frase sea cierta o no. En el ejercicio 3 hay que completar con las palabras del enunciado "big, small, long, short."  En el ejercicio dos, dice "trace", que significa repasar/ trazar. Siempre que las palabras están con puntitos hay que repasar.
